Terms governing website inquiries, service estimates, and locksmith or commercial renovation work performed by CSI Montreal INC.
1. Website Inquiries & Quotes
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not create a binding service contract or guarantee immediate dispatch. All non-emergency locksmith installations, master key projects, and commercial renovation work are subject to scope verification, scheduling availability, and a written estimate or work order.
2. Property Authorization for Locksmith Work
Before performing lock openings, rekeying, master key changes, or key duplication, CSI Montreal INC. requires proof that the person requesting the work is the property owner, authorized property manager, or commercial tenant authorized to modify door hardware at that address.
3. Site Access & Existing Door Conditions
Estimates prepared from photos or initial descriptions assume standard door and frame conditions. If hidden structural damage, fire-rating requirements, or corroded frames are discovered on site, our technician will review the required adjustments with you before proceeding.
4. Governing Law & Contact
