We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when requesting a locksmith or renovation quote, or when submitting a job application:
- Service & Quote Inquiries: Name, company name, email address, phone number, city/property location, service category, and work description.
- Job Applications: Full name, email address, phone number, city/location, position of interest, preferred region, years of experience, optional resume document (PDF, DOC, or DOCX), and optional candidate notes.
- Website Preferences: Your selected display language (English or French) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our contact and quote forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, and schedule locksmith or commercial renovation work. Information submitted through our careers form is used solely to evaluate your qualifications for employment or trade apprenticeship with CSI Montreal INC.
3. Storage, Retention & Security
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored securely. Service inquiries are retained for up to 12 months for customer follow-up and estimating records, and recruitment applications are retained for up to 180 days unless you request earlier deletion. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
